Refund policy
You can cancel your order within 14 days after receiving it, without giving a reason. This follows our General Terms and Conditions (article 4).
How to return
- Let us know within 14 days after receiving your order that you want to cancel. Email info@ribbonsportgrip.com with your order number, or use the model withdrawal form from our terms and conditions.
- Send the product back within 14 days after letting us know, to: Ribbon Sportgrip, Kastanjelaan 400, 5616 LZ Eindhoven, the Netherlands.
- Once we have received the product, we refund your payment to your original payment method.
Conditions
- Return the product unused, with all parts and, where reasonably possible, in its original packaging.
- The costs of returning the product are for your own account.
- You are only liable fd by handling the product
