Duco x RIBBON Limited Edition – Promotion Terms & Conditions

1. Organizer
This promotional campaign is organized by:

Ribbon Sportgrip is hereinafter referred to as RIBBON.
2. Campaign and promotion period
The Duco x RIBBON campaign is communicated from July 29, 2026 via the website, email, social media channels and paid advertisements of RIBBON and involved partners.
Participation begins as soon as the individual Duco x RIBBON Limited Edition Sleeve can be ordered via early access on August 6, 2026 at 12:00 (noon).
This promotional campaign has three separate selection moments, each with its own participation period:
World Cup tickets and meet-and-greet
Participation is possible from August 6, 2026 at 12:00 up to and including August 18, 2026 at 23:59.
Anyone who places a valid and fully paid order for the individual Duco x RIBBON Limited Edition Sleeve within this period is eligible for the main
prize.
Signed hockey stick
Participation is possible from August 6, 2026 at 12:00 up to and including August 29, 2026 at 23:59.
Anyone who places a valid and fully paid order for the individual Duco x RIBBON Limited Edition Sleeve within this period is eligible for the signed
hockey stick.
Ten signed Sleeves
The first 100 valid and fully paid orders for the individual Duco x RIBBON Limited Edition Sleeve are eligible for one of the ten signed Sleeve copies.
The selected orders receive a signed version of one of the Sleeves already ordered; no additional Sleeve is provided.
3. Conditions for participation
Participation takes place automatically by placing a valid and fully paid order for the individual Duco x RIBBON Limited Edition Sleeve within the relevant participation period.
The following applies to participation:
- only the individual Duco x RIBBON Limited Edition Sleeve entitles the buyer to participate;
- other RIBBON products, regular Sleeves and bundles do not entitle the buyer to participate;
- every valid order counts as one entry per draw for which the order falls within the applicable participation period;
- ordering multiple Sleeves within a single order does not create extra chances of winning;
- participants do not need to register separately via Instagram, Facebook, email or a form;
- following an account, liking a post or tagging other people is not a condition of participation;
- the order must be fully paid before the end of the relevant participation period;
- cancelled or fully refunded orders are not included in a draw or selection;
- no separate costs are attached to participation. The participant only pays the regular retail price of the Sleeve;
- the retail price of the Sleeve has not been increased because of this promotional campaign.
This promotional campaign serves to promote the Duco x RIBBON Limited Edition Sleeve and does not constitute an independent game of chance activity. The statutory right of withdrawal remains fully applicable.
4. Who can participate?
The promotional campaign is open to natural persons who:
- are at least 14 years old;
- are resident in the Netherlands;
- have a valid Dutch delivery address;
- meet these promotion terms and conditions.
If a minor participates, prior consent from a parent or legal representative is required. RIBBON may require this consent to be demonstrated in writing or in another verifiable manner.
Employees of RIBBON, Duco, involved agencies, suppliers and other persons directly involved in the organization, draw or selection are excluded from participation.
RIBBON may exclude participants in cases of fraud, abuse, incorrect information, automated participation or attempts to influence the outcome.
5. Main prize: two World Cup tickets and meet-and-greet
One winner receives:
- two tickets for the men's match Netherlands – Japan;
- access to a meet-and-greet with Duco for the winner and one guest.
The match takes place on:
Thursday, August 20, 2026 at 18:00
Wagener Hockey Stadium in Amstelveen
The meet-and-greet takes place around this match. The exact time, meeting point and any additional instructions will be shared personally with the winner.
Travel, parking, accommodation, refreshment and other incidental costs are not included, unless RIBBON explicitly communicates otherwise.
6. Draw for the World Cup tickets and meet-and-greet
The draw takes place on Wednesday, August 19, 2026 at 09:00.
The winner is selected randomly and impartially from all valid orders placed and fully paid by no later than August 18, 2026 at 23:59.
The winner will be contacted personally on August 19, 2026 via the email address and/or phone number provided with the order.
Due to the short time remaining before the match, the winner must respond and confirm acceptance of the prize by no later than August 19, 2026 at 13:00.
If the winner does not respond in time, cannot be reached, is not available for the match, or does not meet the promotion terms and conditions, RIBBON may immediately draw a replacement winner.
7. Prize: signed hockey stick
One winner receives one hockey stick signed by Duco, with a regular retail value of €411.00, excluding any additional collectible value of the signature.
RIBBON does not assign any additional guaranteed monetary value to the signature.
8. Draw for the signed hockey stick
The draw takes place on Sunday, August 30, 2026 at 12:00.
The winner is selected randomly and impartially from all valid orders placed and fully paid by no later than August 29, 2026 at 23:59.
The winner will be contacted personally via the email address and/or phone number provided with the order.
The winner must respond within 48 hours. If the winner does not respond in time, cannot be reached, or does not meet the promotion terms and conditions, RIBBON may draw a replacement winner.
9. Ten signed Sleeves among the first 100 orders
Ten signed Sleeve copies will be distributed among the first 100 valid and fully paid orders for the individual Duco x RIBBON Limited Edition
This promotional campaign serves to promote the Duco x RIBBON Limited Edition Sleeve and does not constitute an independent game of chance activity. The statutory right of withdrawal remains fully applicable.

- are resident in the Netherlands;
- have a valid Dutch delivery address;
- meet these promotion terms and conditions.

Employees of RIBBON, Duco, involved agencies, suppliers and other persons directly involved in the organization, draw or selection are excluded from participation.
After a prize has been accepted or the selection has been confirmed, RIBBON will communicate via its own organic social media channels that the relevant winner or recipient has been chosen. This is done for transparency about the execution of the campaign.
With the separate consent of the person concerned, the following may be mentioned:
- the first name;
- where applicable, the public Instagram username;
- where applicable, a photo or video of the prize presentation or receipt.
If no consent is given for publication of personal data, RIBBON will only announce, in anonymized form, that a valid winner or recipient has been selected and contacted personally.
Cooperation with publication, photography or video is not a condition for receiving a prize or a signed Sleeve.
11. Awarding of the prizes
The World Cup tickets and information about the meet-and-greet will be provided digitally or in another manner agreed with the winner.
The hockey stick will be sent to the Dutch address provided with the order, or handed over at a separately agreed time.
The following applies to the prizes:
- the prizes cannot be exchanged for money or credit;
- the prizes cannot be replaced by another product at the winner's request;
- the prizes may not be resold commercially without RIBBON's consent;
- the prizes are personal and will only be provided to the designated winner.
If a prize is unavailable due to circumstances beyond RIBBON's control, RIBBON may offer a reasonable alternative of comparable nature and value.
12. Value of the prizes
The main prize consists of two tickets for the Netherlands – Japan match on August 20, 2026. Together, these tickets have an official retail value of €75.00.
The meet-and-greet with Duco is not separately available for purchase and therefore has no separately determined economic value.
The second prize consists of one hockey stick signed by Duco. The regular retail value of this hockey stick, excluding any collectible value of the signature, is €411.00.
The total determined economic value of the World Cup tickets and the hockey stick is therefore €486.00.
The ten signed Sleeves each replace one already-ordered regular Sleeve and are not provided as an extra product. RIBBON does not assign any additional guaranteed monetary value to the signatures or the meet-and-greet.
13. Changes or cancellation of the match or meet-and-greet
The match schedule and the execution of the meet-and-greet depend on the FIH, the event organization and other parties involved. RIBBON is not

9. Ten signed Sleeves among the first 100 orders
Ten signed Sleeve copies will be distributed among the first 100 valid and fully paid orders for the individual Duco x RIBBON Limited Edition Sleeve.
- each of the first 100 valid orders is eligible for one of the ten Sleeves signed by Duco;
- ten orders are selected randomly and impartially from these first 100 orders;
- each order can receive a maximum of one signed Sleeve;
- ordering multiple Sleeves within a single order does not create extra chances of winning;
- the selected order receives a signed version of one of the Sleeves already ordered;
- the signed Sleeve is not supplied as an extra product in addition to the order;
- a product that has only been placed in the shopping cart does not count as a valid order;
- cancelled or fully refunded orders are not included in the selection;
- the placement and execution of the signature may vary per copy;
- a signed Sleeve cannot be exchanged for money, credit or another product.
The selection takes place as soon as the first 100 valid orders have been determined and before the relevant orders are shipped. If fewer than 100 valid orders have been received by the end of the promotion period, the ten signed Sleeves will be distributed among all valid orders placed and fully paid by no later than August 29, 2026 at 23:59.
The selected recipients will be informed personally via the email address and/or phone number provided with the order.
10. Organic announcement of the winners
The winners and selected recipients of a signed Sleeve are first contacted and verified personally.
After a prize has been accepted or the selection has been confirmed, RIBBON will communicate via its own organic social media channels that the relevant winner or recipient has been chosen. This is done for transparency about the execution of the campaign.

13. Changes or cancellation of the match or meet-and-greet
The match schedule and the execution of the meet-and-greet depend on the FIH, the event organization and other parties involved. RIBBON is not responsible for changes to the date, time, location, program, entry requirements or availability.
In the event of postponement or cancellation, RIBBON will assess whether the prize can be offered on the changed date or whether a reasonable alternative is available.
Travel, accommodation and other costs incurred by the winner will not be reimbursed.
14. Personal data
RIBBON processes the data from the order for:
- administering the entries;
- carrying out and documenting the draws and selections;
- verifying and personally contacting winners and selected recipients;
- providing the prizes and signed Sleeves;
- complying with any legal obligations.
Participation in this promotional campaign does not in itself constitute consent to email marketing. Personal data is only shared with third parties when necessary for carrying out the campaign or providing a prize.
15. Instagram, Facebook and Meta
The promotional campaign may be communicated via Instagram, Facebook and paid Meta advertisements.
This campaign is in no way sponsored, endorsed, administered by, or associated with Instagram, Facebook or Meta.
By participating, each participant releases Instagram, Facebook and Meta from claims and liability in connection with this campaign. Questions, comments and complaints about the campaign must be directed solely to RIBBON.
16. Liability
RIBBON is not liable for technical malfunctions, orders that are not processed or processed incorrectly, incorrect information provided by participants, delay or loss during shipping, or changes and cancellations by third parties.
This limitation does not apply where liability may not be excluded under mandatory law, or in cases of intent or deliberate recklessness on the part of RIBBON.
17. Complaints
Questions or complaints can be sent to info@ribbonsportgrip.com.
Please state the order number and which prize, draw or selection the question relates to. RIBBON aims to provide a substantive response within fourteen days.
18. Applicable law
Dutch law applies to this promotional campaign and these promotion terms and conditions.
If any provision of these promotion terms and conditions is found to be invalid or unenforceable, the remaining provisions will remain fully in effect.
